Two Sets of Coal Powder Drum Drying Production Lines Officially Commissioned and Shipped to Handan, Hebei, Promoting Green Industrial Upgrades

Recently, two sets of coal powder drum drying production lines, independently developed by our company, were successfully commissioned and put into operation, marking a significant step in our advancement in coal powder drying technology. The production lines utilize advanced drum drying technology, with the operation process primarily consisting of four core stages: crushing, drying, grinding, and grading.

The raw coal is initially crushed by a crusher and then fed into a drum dryer, where it is uniformly dried by high-temperature hot air to remove moisture. Subsequently, the material undergoes fine grinding and, finally, dry coal powder that meets the required standards is separated through classification screening. The entire production line is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system and an automated operation module, ensuring a stable and efficient drying process while significantly reducing energy consumption and meeting environmental standards.

These two newly commissioned coal powder drum drying production lines have been successfully shipped to Handan, Hebei Province, to provide high-quality dried coal powder for local industries, including metallurgy, building materials, and chemicals. As a key industrial hub in North China, Handan has seen a growing demand for clean energy and environmentally friendly technologies. The installation of these two production lines will help local enterprises effectively reduce production costs, improve energy efficiency, and accelerate their green transformation.
