Ⅰ.Construction Of Maize Dryer :
Maize dryer is composed of multifuctional furnace, hot air induced fan, motor, grain bin, grain induced device, movable chassis.
Ⅱ.Working Principle Of Maize Dryer Machine:
Utilize wood chips, wood, coal, gas, diesel, and other combustion furnaces to continuously introduce hot air into the grain bin through a fan. Meanwhile, high humidity grains are sucked into the garbage bin. The screw conveyor in the middle of the maize bin continuously transports grains from bottom to top throughout the entire drying process. It helps to shorten the drying time and make the drying more uniform. Automatically control temperature and drying time through the control panel. Dry grains are transported outward from the top of the cylinder grain bin using a conveyor pipe. Then repeat the above steps for the next batch of drying. It usually takes 3 hours to dry.
