Jinlu Machinery’s konjac drying production line was successfully delivered

Recently, Jinlu Machinery has successfully delivered a konjac drying production line. This advanced production line, which includes cleaning, slicing, and drying functions, was purchased by a customer in Wenshan, Yunnan. All the necessary equipment components have been loaded and the shipment is ready for timely delivery.

The drying equipment acquired by the customer consists of a 15-meter-long and 2.5-meter-wide 5-layer mesh belt dryer. This continuous and high-capacity hot air-drying system employs multiple mesh belts to ensure a continuous drying process for konjac. Its operational principle involves even distribution of the material on the mesh belt through a feeder, which is then moved through the dryer using a transmission device.

Dried konjac flakes have become the predominant method for primary konjac processing. Unlike traditional approaches such as natural sun drying, this method overcomes climatic limitations. Rainy conditions, for instance, no longer pose a significant threat to the drying process. Hence, the choice of suitable drying equipment plays a crucial role. After the successful testing and smooth operation of Jinlu Machinery’s drying equipment, the customer’s satisfaction is evident.
