JL-5000 drum dryer sent to Vietnam

The JL-5000 drum dryer was installed and debugged successfully before leaving the factory. The new machine was loaded into a centralized container and shipped to Vietnam. The customer chose the electric heating method to process Manure feed. After many comparisons and visits to the factory, the customer chose our Jinlu Machinery.

Jinlu drum dryer has the characteristics of uniform heating, automatic rotation, automatic stir frying, automatic discharge, constant temperature control, and fast heating. It is easy to operate, time-saving, labor-saving, and labor-saving, suitable for drying various materials.

The operation of the Jinlu dryer is simple. The object that needs to be dried is fed into the cylinder through the feeding port, and the material is carried to the upper end under gravity and the rotation of the drum, continuously spreading down, forming a uniform curtain inside the cylinder and fully exchanging heat with the hot air flow inside the cylinder. During this process, the material is repeatedly scattered, and the moisture contained is gradually dried, thus achieving the purpose of drying.
