How to maintain the chili dryer?

The chili dryer can quickly dry high-quality chili peppers, bringing great convenience to the drying of chili peppers. While we use the dryer daily, we also need to pay attention to the proper maintenance of the dryer. Correct maintenance of chili dryer can not only extend the service life of the chili dryer, but also improve its efficiency. Following are maintenance methods of the chili dryer.

Daily maintenance of chili dryer:

1.Clean the equipment every day to keep it clean, discharge any stored water, check whether the power grounding wires of each fan and electric control box are reliable, and add lubricating oil on time.

2.Clean the inside of the equipment once a month, adjust the belt pulley, and reinforce the parts that fall off after vibration.

3.Check whether the parts and fastening parts are loose, whether there is abnormal sound, whether the motors work normally, and if any fault is found, remove it in time.

4. Check whether the indication of the instrument is normal or not, and it shall be calibrated regularly by the measurement department.
