Composition of Konjac Drying Equipment

Fresh konjac slices are fed into the main machine through a feeding conveyor. Inside the drying machine, they follow an “S” shaped route from the top to the bottom, being transported from top to bottom. At the same time, the air blower sends hot air into the drying machine, allowing the hot air to fully contact the konjac slices from bottom to top, achieving the purpose of drying the material.

The combustion room of the matching hot air furnace and the hot air entering the drying box are completely separate. The equipment is equipped with a 4-6 layer mesh belt structure, which circulates and flips, drying layer by layer, simulating artificial sun drying.

The structure of konjac drying equipment mainly includes: heat exchange furnace (heat source), hot air blower (providing hot air to the drying box), mesh belt drying box, distribution control cabinet, feeding conveyor, and discharging conveyor.

The heat source can be selected based on the local energy advantages, such as air energy, coal/wood/biomass fuel, natural gas, steam heat exchanger, and other environmentally friendly heat exchange equipment. This facilitates various users to choose and use independently, and even one equipment can be matched with multiple heat sources.
