Product Description
The bay leaf dryer consists of four parts, namely the feeding conveyor, main drying box, the heat source, and the discharge conveyor. The conversion furnace provides heat; The mesh belt type cross flow dryer is the main body of the drying equipment, composed of the body and multi-layer conveyor belts; The electronic control system controls the start, operation, and stop of the entire equipment. With the cooperation of other auxiliary components, the drying equipment completes the loading, drying, and discharging processes of the bay leaf dryer, achieving the drying process of the bay leaf dryer.
Ⅰ.Construction of Bay Leaf Dryer:
The multi-layer laurel leaf belt dryer uses a multi-layer mobile stainless steel mesh belt to stack materials, and the hot air flow passes through the mesh belt and the materials above from bottom to top. Uniform and sufficient heat exchange, fast speed, and high evaporation intensity. Suitable for drying materials with high moisture content but low drying temperature, with good drying effect. All of its material tanks are made of high-quality imported stainless steel materials, and the products fully comply with food hygiene standards. The mesh belt type bay leaf dryer is suitable for drying materials such as coal, dehydrated vegetables, pellet feed, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, traditional Chinese herb, electronic components, calcium carbonate, charcoal, etc.
Ⅱ.The principle of Bay leaf dryer:
The bay leaves enter from the upper layer, and the thickness of the bay leaves is controlled an equally materials distributed bar . Driven by the mesh belt, the bay leaves move from the upper layer to the lower layer. During operation, the bay leaves undergo multiple downward movements, making them more thoroughly flipped and dried more evenly. The dried bay leaves are discharged from the bottom outlet, and during this process, they are fully in contact with high-temperature hot air to achieve a drying effect. Following heat source is optional according to your local fuel.
